Start preparing for the trek NOW by
taking daily walks. Start by walking 15 minutes
3 times a week. After a month, increase your
walks to 30 minutes 3 times per week. Be sure to

charge of porta-potties, water, garbage removal, set

History Project - 1 Stake level

Director - 1 on stake level

couples - we had 15 couples called from wards based on
number of trekkers per ward

Trek Coordinators - we asked each ward to have someone
called to handle ward registration, publicity, and be
the liaison between stake and ward
