Trail Masters = 1 couple (aka:  trek specialists, directors, chair):  this is the couple called to organize the entire event)

Trail Boss = 1 individual

Medial Team = 4 individuals.  We had 1 MD, 1 PA, 2 EMTs.  We also had a number of EMTs and MD trekking, but not specifically assigned to Medical Team Click Here For More About Medical Team

Activities Committee = Directors = 1 couple

·         Black Powder – 1 individual (he required help during the actual event)

·         Archery/Hatchet Toss = 1 individual

·         Candle/Candy Making= 1 individual and also the Activities Director helped

·         Pioneer Games (ie:  stick pull, rope making, etc) = The Activities Director managed this

·         Butter Churns= 1 individual who made the churns.  Butter was made within families during feast prep

·         Hoe Down = 1 couple

Bandits/Mobsters (these are actors);  we had 4 men for this

Native American Performer - 1 performer

Mormon Battalion - 2 Soldiers on horseback

Wagon Teamsters - 2

Pony Express Riders - 2

Special Support Team - 1 couple - 4 other individuals - in charge of porta-potties, water, garbage removal, set up assistance, equipment transportation,  parking, shuttling, and anything else that comes up.

Youth Choir Coaches - 2 individuals

Photography/Videographers:  1 photographer, 1 videographer (others contributed)

Ma/Pa couples - we had 15 couples called from wards based on number of trekkers per ward

Ward Trek Coordinators - we asked each ward to have someone called to handle ward registration, publicity, and be the liaison between stake and ward

Wardrobe = 1 individual from each ward

Prep Tip:
