Land, submit your permit application
as early as you can. Some Ranger
Districts are easier to work with
than others. A few of the easy ones
are Manti-La Sal, Fish Lake and
Kaibab National Forests! Please
contact us if you need help with
your permit. Permits are free for
non profit groups.

6. Dairy
Fork (Spanish Fork Canyon) at
mile marker 195 on hwy 6 up Spanish
Fork Canyon. It is the Junction
of Hwy 6 and Dairy Fork Road. Treks
Travel South. End point is up Spanish
Fork canyon at junction of Lake Fork
Road and us 89. That's about .5 miles
from junction of hwys 6 and 89
Please note that
Simpson Springs is BLM land and BLM now
charges a fee. In most areas, the fee
is either per person or per group
(depending on which is higher). It's a
cost per day. This is not the
case for Forest Service land however.
Forest Service land is still free for
non profit groups.
