Trek Trail Location Ideas For Treks In Utah,  Idaho,  Arizona & Nevada

Wasatch Front

IMPORTANT:  When planning a trek on National Forest Land, submit your permit application as early as you can.  Some Ranger Districts are easier to work with than others.  A few of the easy ones are Manti-La Sal, Fish Lake and Kaibab National Forests!  Please contact us if you need help with your permit.  Permits are free for non profit groups.

1. Thistle to Indianola

2. Strawberry Valley - Bjorkman to Current Creek - Plus numerous others in the Strawberry Area Map 1  More Maps & Details of BjorkmanTrail (email us for additional options)

3. Cascade Springs Trail System State Park loop  

4. Cascade Springs to Snake Creek (but has bugs in July)

5.  Springville Crossing (Diamond Fork Area) 

6.  Dairy Fork (Spanish Fork Canyon) at mile marker 195 on hwy 6 up Spanish Fork Canyon. It is the Junction of Hwy 6 and Dairy Fork Road. Treks Travel South.  End point is up Spanish Fork canyon at junction of Lake Fork Road and us 89. Thats about .5 miles from juntion of hwys 6 and 89

7.  Simpson Springs (Historic Pony Express Route) http://www.nps.gov/poex/planyourvisit/site8.htm

Please note that Simpson Springs is BLM land and BLM now charges a fee.  In most areas, the fee is either per person or per group (depending on which is higher).  It's a cost per day.  This is not the case for Forest Service land however.  Forest Service land is still free for non profit groups.
