Communications & Parent Relations

Keep parents, leaders, youth, and committees informed before, during, and after trek with clear, organized, approved communication.

Committee purpose: The Communications & Parent Relations Committee manages parent updates, reminders, instructions, announcement timing, public information, and post-trek follow-up.
Important: Communications should be coordinated with the Trek Director and stake leadership. Emergency, medical, photo-sharing, and public-facing messages should be approved before sending.
